The Beach House Resort

I was very disappointed to see that this hotel does not provide water bowls for stray dogs and cats — not even during hot weather. We are not talking about food or major effort, just clean drinking water. This is the absolute minimum. More and more guests care about empathy, responsibility, and ethical behavior. A simple water bowl would show basic respect for vulnerable animals that have no one else to rely on. I truly hope the owners will reconsider this. It takes so little — and makes such a big difference.

Location What I love? - The property offers a less-crowded beach compared to Station 1-3. - ‎Tricycles can be easily hired few steps outside the beach house if you want to go to White Beach. Room What I love? - We booked the Deluxe Room with Balcony (Seaview), and we had a comfortable stay. - Since the balcony is facing west, it is recommended to utilize it before noon. We really enjoyed our morning coffee here. What to improve? - During rainy days, guests will surely appreciate hot shower. :) Amenities What I love? - The sand of Diniwid beach is not purely white fine sand (there are some small rocks along the shore), but the beach is definitely good for swimming. - Several beach chairs are also available along the shore. Food What I love? - The Beach House Boracay doesn't have a restaurant but there are several restaurants nearby like Spiderhouse and Mama's Fish House. Service What I love? - The people from the front desk were friendly and accommodating. - Free drinking water was available near the front desk/office.

Plus: - "private" - beach front (if you're staying here, get a beach front room) - good view of the beach - staff was friendly Deltas: - too far, when it's high tide, -you have to walk (far walk) to get to station 1 - just 1 restaurant (next to the resort), actually a bar that charges a lot (American breakfast which had 1 egg, bacon with bread - for PHP 400)- it wasn't even good. - If you don't want to walk, you can take a cab at the back of the resort and these tricycle drivers will charge you a min of php100 - no breakfast options - AC takes at least 1 hr to cool - no hot water Will I stay here again? Hmm I will look for another resort/hotel the next time I am in Boracay. I liked the Fairways, I'll probably stay there again in the future.
