the best hotel mom and i tried ! it’s our first time in newcoast beach and fairways definitely set such a high standard. special thanks to those who made mom’s birthday extra special— to ma’am alyssa who helped us check in, one of the smoothest hotel transaction i’ve experienced and she made extra effort in explaining the schedules of amenities—we even got upgraded to the premier room for free ! to ma’am/sir esti and mariel, who prepared our room—the cleanest room we’ve slept in a hotel ! the room smelled great, the sheets were meticulously arranged. sometimes, we don’t want to go out because of how nice the room feels haha ! to ma’am joylen— she prepared mom’s birthday room surprise ! imagine the joy mom felt entering the room just to relax, then seeing a beautifully decorated bed fully set up ! she was so happy, glowing, and teary eyed. the surprise was one of our highlights this stay ! and to all the staff, especially the drivers and guards—thank you so much for assisting us in our transport, going around the hotel and enjoying all the swimming pools and the beach was a blast, we felt like vips all the way haha ! thank you so much fairways and bluewater for the experience 🫶🏻
