Recommend to stay here points are: Budget friendly Clean and New Rooms Nice Staff Location, close enought to Dmall and walkable ro the beach Wifi is a little slow Should improve room lighting set up to make the room brighter

Although the room is so small, we still recommend it because it has great location near the beach. Very accessible to everything. Staff is also friendly. We had a problem with their room service. Maybe because they are understaffed. We informed them to have our room cleaned around 7am but when we arrived around 4pm, nobody cleaned it yet.

The place is simple, yet well maintained. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. It's situated on the main road. Near d'mall so there are a lot of reataurants and minimarts around the area. We had a really nice stay here. And we'll surely book this place again the next time we go to Boracay.
