Our stay at Crimson Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the couples massage and body scrub—easily one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. A special thank you to Princess and Hazel for their exceptional care and professionalism. We would also like to recognize Grace and Sam for being incredibly helpful with all of our arrangements during our stay and departure. Housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless, tidy, and well-stocked throughout our visit. The Kids Club staff also did a fantastic job caring for our young daughter, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Dining was exceptional throughout our stay. Our dinner at Mosaic was delicious, and our waitress provided outstanding service that made the evening even more enjoyable. We also loved having lunch at Azure Beach Club—the food was excellent and it was the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal by the water. The thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable, especially the nightly treats and the special welcome birthday surprise waiting for me upon arrival. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from arrival to departure. We came to celebrate our birthday, and the hotel made the occasion even more special. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were truly amazing and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Melissa, Ray, and Dhoy for their warm welcome at the lounge and for handling our luggage upon arrival. The boat ride and land transfer were smooth, comfortable, and very well organized. We would also like to commend King and JJ for assisting us with all our transfer requests during our stay. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything easy and stress-free. At breakfast, Lyka provided excellent service and made our dining experience even more enjoyable with her friendly assistance. Lastly, we sincerely appreciate John, Marlon, and Remar for assisting us with our luggage during departure. Their professionalism and helpfulness left a lasting positive impression.
