To be avoided at all costs. The worst hotel ever.....loud. hotel in horrible condition. On the main highway. Breakfast best fit for a canine. WiFi doesn't work mos of the time. Window broken. Previous occupant smoking

Don't get me wrong here, the place is nice. And the hotel rooms were all gorgeous, its just that, I don't think I have the most out of it during our stay there. The were calculated, and by it I mean, you would only get a limited choice of toast or rice meal. And the list goes on... They don't offer free coffee and no glass is available once you check in aside from the bottled water they would offer once you arrived. Overall, I guess this is just a regular hotel you could find anywhere in the City.

Have visited here with my wife & daughter & we all enjoyed our visits. The staff are very nice & friendly & understanding to our needs & requests. We have enjoyed the top floor restaurant & room service. We have visited Gaisano mall across the highway & Mc Donalds down the street. Taxi & jeepney can take us all over the Island. Free shuttle van to Mactan Airport is nice. .
