Allson's Inn

I recently stayed at Allsons Inn and I have to say it is a real crap hotel! An aircon with constant noise, very poor water pressure in the shower, washed out and frayed towels and not a single cleaning for almost 4 weeks! DO NOT book that hotel!!!

We stayed one night at Allson Inn and it was a terrible experience. We arrived around 2:30 AM and were given a room with very poor lighting! one light was even missing. The room itself was extremely dirty. The bath towel smelled bad, like a pee!. The toilet and bathroom were disgusting, with visible mold everywhere. The bidet had dark mold buildup, and the CR had stains that honestly looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Customer service was just as disappointing. The staff didn’t assist us with our luggage, even though we had a lot. They were rude and unhelpful. Despite arriving very late, they were strict about not allowing any guests and kept adding unexpected charges. Things escalated to the point where we had to involve the police because they were holding us without clear explanation or proof of any issue. Because of this, we even missed our transportation. It felt like we were being treated like criminals. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, and overall the experience was stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend staying here. The place is dirty, the service is poor, and they may charge you unexpectedly. Cheap and a Scam!

In the very first place my stay in your hotel is worst. I will never come back or book again to your hotel. The management should fired the Reservations Officer and the Front desk duty when we arrived at the property.  they send an cancellation email without coordination in Agoda Lol! and sending cancellation email beyond the check in time informing me that my booking is cancelled I arrived at your property around 2:30pm and you send an cancellation email at 03:05PM what the?I booked and confirmed by Agoda on June 16, 2024. LOL! . Are you crazy? You cannot fool me with that excuses. Have you ever read the Agoda Policies. For you to know I am a Hotelier thats why your excuses is not valid. Go in school and study again.   The gave a room  look like an out of order, dirty, bad smell and a lot of dust in the rooms. My partner got an allergies due to uncomfortable smell and dust in the room. NEVER AGAIN❌
