Dubbed as a business hotel, it fell short of the basics.
Highlights:
1. Friendly staff from the front to the back of the house
2. Good wifi connection
Lowlights:
1. The phone is not working. If you need something, you need to go down to the front desk and tell them. Our room is on the 6th floor.
2. We stayed for a week, and no one cleaned our room or even collected the trash for 6 straight days.
3. Linens are stained and old
4. The room is for 2 people. We are 2 in the room. They are inconsistent in replenishing items in the room. They would only replenish for 1 person (towels, bottled water).
5. They do not replenish the coffee, creamer, and sugar every day. We only got our coffee on the first day.
6. The lobby and the hotel entrance is dingy and dark, most of the time there is no person in the front desk.
7. Kitchen/bar is closed. You cannot order anything, even a brewed coffee.
