Very good value for money, good location, very good food and excellent staff on reception and they are always very helpful. Also the massage in the Spa is good value and very relaxing. We always enjoy staying here when we come to Cebu

I'm Korean. I stayed here, checked out in the morning, and went out for breakfast, so I left my luggage&bag at the reception. Then I found my luggage&bag, took a taxi, arrived at the airport, and after went to business trip to Hong Kong. After getting off at the airport, I looked at my bag to exchange money, and found that all of my US dollars had disappeared. And I contacted the hotel through a friend in the Philippina, but the hotel staff pretended that they had never stolen it. And I had to go back to Korea, but I re-entered the Philippines to report because I felt a big amount of damage and a huge betrayal, and I went to the hotel to complain, but the person in charge was away and told me that I could not show CCTV until a week later. I visited again a week later, But they lied that they didn't do it because they said they couldn't show them the CCTV, but they didn't because they didn't have it, and they ended up stealing thousands of USdollars from my bag because they had no choice but to file a lawsuit and couldn't solve it because the police didn't help them anymore. I know how many years of the money is in their income. You should be careful if you are staying at a Philippine hotel. 저는 한국인입니다. 이곳에 머물다가 아침에 체크아웃하고 아침 식사를 하러 나갔기 때문에 수하물 & 가방을 리셉션에 맡겼습니다. 그리고 수하물 & 가방을 찾아서 택시를 타고 공항에 도착한 후 홍콩으로 출장을 갔습니다. 공항에 내린 후 환전을 위해 가방을 살펴보니 미국 달러가 모두 사라진 것을 발견했습니다. 그리고 필리핀에 있는 친구를 통해 호텔에 연락했지만 호텔 직원은 훔친 적이 없는 척했습니다. 그리고 한국으로 돌아가야 하는데 피해가 크고 배신감이 커서 신고를 하려고 필리핀에 다시 들어갔는데 호텔에 가서 항의를 했는데 담당자가 자리를 비우고 일주일이 지나야 CCTV를 보여줄 수 있다고 하더군요. 일주일 후 다시 방문했는데 CCTV를 보여줄 수 없어서 안한다고 거짓말을 했는데 없어서 안했고 결국 소송을 제기할 수밖에 없고 경찰이 더 이상 도와주지 않아서 해결하지 못해 제 가방에서 US수천 달러를 훔쳤습니다. 그 돈 중 몇 년이 수입인지 알아요. 필리핀 호텔에 머물고 있다면 조심해야 합니다.

Very terrible hotel, i can’t tell that it can be called a hotel because it looks like an ordinary squater area that is placed in the center of mobolo cebu. VERY POOR SERVICE!! And the foods and drinks are contaminated already. There’s a worm in my food and the glasses are not wiped or washed properly it has a stain on it. The service spoons that are used to the buffet area have a lot of stains and kinda rusty. The other utensils were just placed under the buffet table which is near the floor. All the STAFFS are very UNATTRACTIVE AND NOT ATTENTIVE, DO NOT HAVE THE INITIATIVE TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY OR TO SOLVE AN SPECIFIC GUESTS CONCERNS.POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE PROPER SERVICE AND THEY ARE TOO LOUD AND NOISY CHIT CHATTING WITH OTHER STAFFS AND ALWAYS SHOUTING. I can barely see the staffs eating inside the bar station which very unprofessional and not good to do such a behavior like that. THE COFFEE IS NOT GOOD AND WAS SERVED COLD. I CANNOT BELIEVE that kind of hotel is still operating. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE ETIQUETTE
