Cebu Northwinds Hotel

We went their to attend our Daughter's Ring Hop Ceremony together with My Lovely Wife! Food was very Good except for the Leche Plan that was very Sweet! Place was Okay too but for a large group not good enough.

This place have a roach AND ants problem. I saw roach in rooms and also in the restaurant downstairs. This place is cheap if you dont mind the insects and rodents. We came in for a wedding the entire family stayed here (About 30 people) and most of us hand either mosquitos, roaches, ants...

Cebu Northwinds Hotel is quite nice for a budget hotel with clean rooms and accommodating staff. Breakfast from the restaurant was good at Php 165 (~$3). Bathroom would have been exquisite if the bathtub did have a drain plug to make it functional. One negative is that they provide limited toiletries (no toothbrush and paste). WIFI didn't have connection.
