Citi Park Hotel

I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for senior citizens. While they provide glasses in the room, they do not offer any complimentary bottled drinking water. Instead, you have to bring your glass out into the hallway where your floor’s communal water dispenser is located. For an older guest, waking up thirsty in the middle of the night and having to leave the room just to get water is incredibly troublesome and inconvenient. A hotel should prioritize this basic guest comfort.

If I could give it zero stars … I’ve always wondered who writes those reviews. Now I feel compelled to write one. Booked a suite, so I’d have extra space/ some where to work. First suite: infested with cockroaches, second suite: toilet leaking all over floor. Next room, which was offered as an upgrade due to the fact it had been renovated was PHP 2000 less per night. Asked for a refund and staff told me I was getting a better deal! Breakfast is basic, hotel gym is worse than my home gym and none of the equipment works. Rooms are noisy and someone sang Karaoke till after midnight. Never, never stay here again.

I would like to share feedback regarding my experience with their customer service. Due to a severely sprained ankle that limited my ability to walk, I requested assistance to have my breakfast plated and served in my room. Unfortunately, I was informed by the front desk that this could not be accommodated due to hotel policy. While I understand the importance of standard procedures, I believe that situations involving medical or mobility concerns merit consideration and flexibility. In this instance, I felt that the request could have been handled with more empathy or elevated for management review. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that similar situations in the future may be approached with greater accommodation for guests facing temporary physical limitations.
