If you need to do things in the City this is a good option for a night or two. Right next door is a small restaurant with friendly and good service. The hotel facilities are simple and basic, but clean.

Good location that it's near Gaisano Country Mall & Banilad Town Center, a little bit of walking. First time to stay here because we had a bowling tournament at Gaisano Bowlingplex. Breakfast food is ok, nothing special. Parking space for cars is insufficient. Our toilet in the room had a defective toilet seat because if you moved it, it came off. The room is a little dark even though you have a lamp shade near the bed, a hanging lamp near the table and a giant mirror near the door. Aircon is good enough for the room. Never really got to use the TV because we were always going out. Nice sunset and sunrise views at the 4th floor or even the 6th floor. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

I was going to write that the breakfast was none to special because they only had cold fried eggs the first day, and scrambled eggs with ampalaya the second day, but the scrambled eggs on the third day were excellent. Of course I was there at 6am when they opened on the third day. Be forewarned they only but out one loaf of bread, so I just got two ends the first day although it was only about 7:30am! Room was adequate but nothing special, and TV is very small.
