No clean sheets, television stayed on all the night so I had to put a towel over it. Shower had a Heather what was not connected. I have been in bad motels in the usa but this was terrible for the money. The staff was also very unfriendly and not helpful. Never again there.

When I arrived the staff was not interested, they gave me a room key and I entered the room. No clean sheets on the bed, a television which not work but gave blue light, no warm shower. I have travelled a lot but this was by far the worst "hotel" I have ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY.

Rooms are in horrible condition. Has not been maintained in a very long time. Very over priced for what you get! No hot water. Had to be repaired. Dead refrigerators with black and yellow slime. Moldy shower with a faucet that was in very bad condition. Windows covered in dirt. Broken window shades. COCKROACHES. Holes in wall from old TV wall mount. The worst hotel breakfast ever with the quality you would expect at a homeless shelter. Advertised wifi but it was not working. Very old furniture. Moldy smell from air con. Their "suite" is called a standard room in most hotels. The location has lost its night time appeal. The Mango Square Entertainment area is almost gone. Only a few places are still open.
