The room service team is the best I've ever encountered. I'd like to specifically mention Emma, Kai, Miles, Jason , Gerald, Cris, and Princess. Might be wrong about the names or could be missing one or two. Let's just say the whole RS team made my stay even better with their politeness and warmth. Even the kitchen staff are so accommodating.

The hotel service is excellent. I left some items after checkout, and I received them via FedEx with such excellent and fast feedback ^^

my room had a RUST BOTTOM old fridge, the bathroom where horrible, Internet was turtle slow, and the restaurant is close for dinner during the week only open for dinner on weekend. THEY ARE CUTTING CORNERS TO SAVE SOME MONEY AT TOURIST EXPENSE (YOUR EXPENSE) NOT WORTH THE MONEY IN 2026 GO TO ANOTHER RESORT.
