We stayed at Eloisa Royal Suites in Cebu for one night before catching an early flight the next morning, and for that purpose it worked very well.
The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is less than 10 minutes from the airport, around a 2-minute walk to the outlet mall, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, massage shops and other useful places nearby.
There is also a coin laundry in the same block, which makes the area very convenient for travelers.
The hotel itself is quite compact and a little dated, but it was generally clean and surprisingly quiet.
We booked a Suite Room, which was spacious and came with a sofa bed and a simple kitchenette. For the affordable price, the room offered plenty of space.
There were a few things that could be improved. The air conditioner was quite loud, and the shower water pressure was very weak, so it took much longer than usual to shower.
The swimming pool and gym are located in the annex building. Both are quite small, but they were enough for a short stay.
There is also a small café beside the lobby, which is convenient if you want a quick drink or something light.
The staff were efficient and handled our requests quickly. I would not describe the service as especially warm or friendly, but communication in English was fine and everything we needed was taken care of.
The interior design made me feel like the owner might be chinese, it has a little bit of Chinese vibe.
Overall, Eloisa Royal Suites is a practical and affordable option near Cebu Airport, especially if you only need somewhere comfortable and convenient before an early morning flight.
The property could benefit from some renovation and better shower pressure, but considering the price and excellent location, we were satisfied with our stay.

Hotel is very quiet if you reserve a room at the back of the property . Staff are very welcoming & greet you by your 1st name . Breakfast has a buffet service wide range of mostly filipine food (would be nice of European food too but your in a hotel in the philippinesso dont complain lol & a waiter will cook you a omlette or fried egg. Restaurant used to open early to late for dinner not now . The hotel is very convient for everything

Food at the café/room service was great but the facility itself was atrocious. The hotel is dated & needs a lot of investment. The pool area was a disgrace with broken tiles & furniture, with sad gardens. There was no service to the pool area – no food or drinks.
The room was so tiny & cramped. My room overlooked the noisy street. My friend’s room overlooked the alleyway & had the noise from chickens/rooster. The bed was quite comfortable. The wifi coverage was very intermittent. A very compact bathroom with no space or counterspace.
We survived staying here just a single night but it wasn’t relaxing & would recommend finding an alternative location.
