Be Resorts Mactan

We used our day pass voucher at Be Hotel, which we purchased during the last ITF, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The management went above and beyond by giving us an exceptional arrangement. Special thanks to the Restaurant team, headed by Sir Lloyd, for making our visit truly memorable. We were pleasantly surprised when our day-use package was upgraded to VIP. They provided us with a fully air-conditioned function room that served as a secure and comfortable holding area for our belongings and lunch. We also had two dedicated waiters who took excellent care of us throughout our event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thank you, Be Hotel, for your outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We truly appreciate the extra effort, and we will definitely be back again soon!

Rooms were clean and tidy. Service were fast. Atmosphere of the room and the activity area(pool, gym, Billiards, Beach, Inflatable Water park) were good. Ambiance were good. Also, The staff of SALT restaurant and Bar were welcoming and service was excellent. Special thanks to Sir. Lorenz and to other staff who greeted me on my birthday with a Blueberry cheesecake. I would like to add a suggestion regarding the beach. I would like to suggest on putting net on those beach barriers (that reaches the bottom) so that there would be no presence of Jelly fish and other harmful marine creatures so that guest(especially children) can play on the inflatable water park without worrying. <3

We have a very nice experience with an accommodating staff. Especially on Salt Restaurant staff are very accommodating and a big shout out to Lorenz from Salt Restaurant for accommodating our request for our birthday boy Raphael Rhyle. It was a wonderful experience here in Be Resort and hopefully we will comeback here. Thank you very much for this experience
