Century Plaza Hotel

We had reservations, but when we checked in we had a long wait while the staff checked to see if our room was clean. Then they couldn't find the key. All the keys are attached to a ring and they had problems finding it. Because my son said it was a 2 star hotel I accepted what we walked into. No top sheet, 1/2 a blanket that only went 1/2 way up the bed, dirty towels hanging in the closet, big gob of someone's hair on the floor. No amenities, such as pot to make hot water for tea, no hair dryer. The place is old and could use sprucing up. But, we saw no bugs ... what an experience!

pl avoid this hotel, it needs to be renovated. there was no hot water, toilet seats were missing. though rooms were clean. all the taps r rusted. overall no maintenance of the hotel. The staff is good and helps in getting a cab.

Room was dirty, didn’t see a cleaner my entire stay. Not a great part of town. Cut my stay short and moved to a hotel on Lapu-Lapu Lapu-Lapu, much better. Wifi was also spotty. They clearly don’t want bad reviews because it says I need more characters.
