Hilton Cebu Resort And Spa

My husband and I flew from Manila to spend my birthday in Cebu (3 nights) just for a breather. I chose to stay here at Movenpick Cebu and I say that it's the best decision I've made that I wished I have spent my first night here as well. From arrival to check out, everything seamless. I can say that all the staff greeted me with big smiles, it's as if I am already a regular. 😄 i also appreciate it that they address me by my name instead of the generic "ma'am". I arrived alone at the hotel while my husband had to attend to some matters in the city, but Ms. Guia kept me company. She walked me through what the hotel has to offer such as the spa, gym, steam room, some shops, and she also told me about their chocolate hour, and evening performances during the weekend. She even managed to reserve a table for me for dinner. I tried the balearic-inspired dinner while watching the live performance. The dinner was great and very filling. We were given the premium suite which is something that we really appreciated for a relaxing stay. Their executive lounge opens at 2pm and closes at 10pm offering light snacks and cocktails. I'd also like to mention the lounge team for surprising me with a birthday cake 🥰. Overall I can say that I was really spoiled during this stay. Would definitely come back! Special mention to Jhunrys from front desk and Justine from Sails. Such an excellent team!

Everything was great and so the staff. The guy called Jan who was serving us food and drinks at poolside.
