Turtle Bay Dive Resort

Had a super vacation at Turtle Bay Dive Resort in Cebu. We were there during the off-season, so it was nice and quiet. In short: the restaurant had super friendly service and delicious food. You might have an opinion about the limited menu, but you can always go to Panagsama, where there are plenty of other restaurants and bars. 10 minutes max by tuk-tuk. Diving school on site. To be clear, for us it was a snorkeling and diving vacation. Dive school staff were certified, very friendly, knowledgeable, used good equipment, and it was really cool to go to the dive spots by traditional boat. Whale shark spotting is recommended while diving. There were many snorkelers on the surface. An incredibly beautiful experience. The apartment was nicely decorated in a traditional style. Just a decent apartment. A vacation at this Dive Resort gets a solid 10.

Lovely small resort with a nice house reef. We definitely enjoyed our 5-night stay in Moalboal. The pool was pleasantly warm, the breakfast buffet was filling, and the room was spacious and clean. The downside was that, depending on where your room was located, you might hear the roosters early in the morning... The staff was very helpful, especially at the dive shop, and we enjoyed spending time in Moalboal to get a better sense of the local culture. The resort is quiet and somewhat isolated, and it costs around 200 PHP to get to the village. Best dives were at Pescador Island and the sardines reef : )

Old rooms, soft mattresses and left unbecoming of an expensive 4* price.Leave furniture hab.sink hands comes out pk is not even stuck.Garden area well, pool well,right restaurant.But to a hotel will rest...not that you drop the A/C in pieces.No doubt if I know obviously that I am not going.I advise it.Friendly staff.
