Very Concerning Sanitation Issue We were served drinking water in a stainless pitcher that had visible rust inside (photo attached). This was on our table for hours before I noticed it. As a breastfeeding mother and with a senior in our group, this was very alarming. When I raised the concern, the staff’s response was dismissive, saying the pitchers are only cleaned once a week. For a hotel in the food service industry, this is unacceptable. I’m not posting for compensation but to raise awareness—management urgently needs to improve their sanitation protocols for guest safety.

I recently stayed at Cebu Grand Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to key attractions, leisure spots, and a great selection of restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
