Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu

A big shout out to Hannah in the Business Club lounge for making our family stay extra special. Over 15 years of staying at this lovely hotel, it is the welcoming staff that keep us returning.

**★★★★★ Outstanding Service at Féria, Radisson Blu Cebu** Our stay at Radisson Blu Cebu was made truly special by the incredible staff at Féria. From the moment we walked in, Ronaldo and the rest of the team made us feel like family rather than just guests. Their attention to detail was remarkable — Ronaldo , Chris, James remembered my breakfast order every single day (cappuccino and ginger tea with honey! And mango slices) without me having to ask twice. That kind of genuine care is rare and made every morning feel warm and personal. Thank you Ronaldo and team ! Honestly, the hospitality extended beyond Féria too — from the front door staff to the rest of the team, everyone was consistently welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to take care of our needs throughout the stay. The location is also fantastic — right next to SM City Cebu, making it super convenient to explore the rest of Cebu City. My only note: the pool has reportedly been out of service for over a year and a half, which was disappointing since it's usually a highlight of a hotel stay. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience — the staff, especially Ronaldo, more than made up for it with their warmth and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cebu

The staff – from security to the RA team and Feria restaurant – were consistently friendly, making my stay at Radisson Blu truly pleasant. I would especially like to commend RA Vincent, who did an excellent job clearing the flies from my room. My biggest praise goes to Oliver from F&B at Feria: when he learned I had a bad sore throat, he kindly went out of his way to prepare ginger tea for me every morning for three days straight. Kudos to all of them for their outstanding service!
