North Zen Basic Spaces

This is the first time that we booked our room thru Agoda for our trip to Davao. During that time, North Zen Basic Spaces was the most appropriate hotel that we can have for our team. We got two (2) rooms with two (2) beds each. For our room, the place was conducive for us. The room was clean as well as the comfort room. The staffs were also helpful to us. The building also house a small restaurant where we ordered and dined our breakfast for the next few days. North Zen Basic Spaces was a good place to stay.

Minuses: room is small, shower not functioning properly, building smells of durian for two days, and road works round the clock. Pluses: Courteous and helpful front desk, good price for a good location, room is clean and orderly.

got standard room good for 2 for only 995. allowed early check in if theres an available room. this hotel is better than the first hotel i got in davao city (las casitas 2). the room is clean, basic. dont expect fancy room guys like i said this is basic and budget friendly hotel. walking distance to a mall. affordable breakfast dn, 75pesos lang basic breakfast of course. hehe
