Terrible experience overall. The ₱950 package was not worth the price because several included activities were closed or poorly maintained. Staff also encouraged guests to use areas marked with caution signs and failed to inform us beforehand about unavailable activities. No compensation or alternative was offered. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Caliraya Resort Club, and we truly enjoyed our experience. Service:
 We would like to give special recognition to Ms. Jam Dulay for her outstanding assistance. From our very first inquiry until our booking was confirmed, she was consistently responsive, patient, professional, and accommodating. She answered all of our questions promptly and made the entire booking process smooth and hassle-free. Her excellent customer service played a big part in our decision to book with your resort. We also appreciate all the staff during our stay. Everyone was warm, courteous, approachable, and always willing to assist, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. Room/Accommodation:
 Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more relaxing. Food:
 The full-board meals were delicious and satisfying. The quality and serving portions were just right for the price we paid. Facilities:
 The resort is well-maintained despite its size. While a few areas could use minor repairs and repainting, we appreciated the team’s efforts to keep everything clean. We especially enjoyed playing pickleball, and the staff were very accommodating. The restrooms were also clean, smelled fresh, and were always stocked with tissue. Overall:
 We had a fantastic and relaxing stay. We highly commend the entire team, especially Ms. Jam Dulay, for the exceptional service. She is truly an asset to Caliraya Resort Club. We will definitely recommend the resort to our family and friends and look forward to staying again.

This place is the worst dive I’ve been to couldn’t get out of there fast enough. No restaurant,the rooms were disgustingly filthy,you don’t stay where the pictures show they put you in a disgustingly filthy falling down building I had to spend 1 night there tell I could get a ride out of there & I had a 7 day registration RCI should not have places like this in there portfolio It cost me 1k to get there and get out of there and to get another place on my own RCI failed me!!!
