Very accomudating ang clean ang room good ang mga staff overall good ecpreience sa hotel madali ma contact ang mga staff ang maki pa usap malinis ang area contained almost all the modern amenities. The entire hotel building was covered with the central cooling system. The lobby, the bar, the restaurants etc. were nicely decorated. The rooms were top class with some exceptional and stunning furniture. The staffs and crew members were genuinely cordial with their service. They always smiled before taking the orders or performing something for me or the other clients

Very accommodating staff, friendly, clean facilities and rooms, even at the heart of the Metro, the place is easily accessible. The pool and bath tub are unforgettable perks, facilities that bring comfort and enjoyment for the whole family. Looking back, the place gave us much needed time to bond and relish our meals as a family.

My experiences at the Somerset Residence Makati Manila. The best first. The staff was very friendly and helpful when possible. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply to everything else. My stay began on December 13th, 2023 and lasted until January 7th, 2024. The first impression of the room was normal and fairly adequate. The bathroom was different, it was damp and didn't smell particularly fresh. When I used the shower for the first time, water ran out of all 3 possible openings. I complained and the house technician came and installed a new seal on the 3-way valve. Now I could shower normally, but the fixing screw on the valve handle was lost. My comment that the bathroom floor was always wet was ignored. The room cleaning, scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday, also didn't work in the first week. Only a complaint with the information that my bath towel was starting to get moldy changed something. After the first few nights I found out because I had roommates, in the form of cockroaches and other insects. One of the insects bit me in bed that night above my left hip. That prompted me to complain again. A poison was sprayed, but it was not very successful because I then found cockroaches in the room again. I brought an insect I had killed to reception. I then agreed with them to carry out another poisoning operation the next morning at 8:00 a.m., which unfortunately did not happen until later. The consequences for me were drastic and dangerous to my health. No one from management thought of making another room available for the poisoning phase. The consequences for me after that night were bad, starting with burning eyes, burning mucous membranes in my nose, throat and bronchi. Normally I should have gone to the hospital, but I did not want to spend the New Year in the hospital. The health problem still bothers me today and I will probably have to see a doctor. At the turn of the year I discovered why the floor in the bathroom was always wet. Where there was a hole to fix the toilet, there was no screw and some of the flushing water poured out of that. When I complained, I was told that they didn't have any rooms available, but only the following day. I got the room directly below the one I complained about and I could see from the bathroom ceiling that the toilet was completely leaky. In this room, on the last day, I had the feeling that it was now as I had expected it all along. My request for a voucher as compensation was answered with a free night. When I complained, I was told there were no available rooms until the next day. I was given the room directly below the one I complained about, allowing me to see that the toilet in that room was completely leaky. In this room, on the last day, I felt that it was as I had expected all along. My request for a corresponding voucher as compensation was answered with a complimentary night. This is not a substitute for health risks and a bathroom resembling a cesspool with a cockroach breeding ground.
