BSA Tower

The doorman start to make you walk around the block to check in a rundown supposedly office with the deliveries. Appartment are rundowns with split inefficient aircond, uncomfortable beds...nothing comparable to the website pictures...residents only for the front door others guests treated like milkman. Unacceptable!

The front desk employee sprung the horrible news of the hotel's dysfunctional elevator only after I have signed the accommodation agreement. Due to an electrical malfunction, the elevator could only be used for a 30 minute window period every 2 hours - for the next two days. Billeted at the 28'th floor, the elevator breakdown turned this otherwise well-located hotel into a nightmare inn. I would have immediately cancelled the stay upon check-in, but the cunning front desk officer waited until I signed for my lodgings before relaying the bad news. That I suffered for the next two days would be an understatement! Utter bad faith on the part of this hotel's management.

You actually get a lot of space for your stay. I selected the place for a business stay close to what I needed to get too. Had a small kitchen for my needs, they serviced the room everyday. The WIFI was out when I was there, that is the only huge negative for me. I did get woke in the middle of the night by an alarm bell going long an loud, I think it was for the garage parking gate opening, might have been a neighbors building that it came from too, was annoying. Probably will drop to a three when I would have given it a 5 or the cost, space and location.
