Garden Plaza

I came into New Jersey for a funeral. Checked in, the front desk was not happy to be there, seemed put off that I bothered him to check me in. Went to my room to discover a patch wall( that previously has been punched in) that was not done professionally. Discovered that the bath tub had a very very very bad leak ( that I heard allllll night long). I called down to ask if someone meone could fix it or could I change rooms. I was told that I should shut the bathroom door so I wouldn't hear it. We had 3 people in the room with the towel supply for one. I asked for more towels and was told that we had plenty of towels. If I need more it would take 2 or more hours to get them. In otherwise we would either have to share towels ( ick) or wait and take showers according to there laundry schedule. I would never ever recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. And I would never stay at this or a hotel affiliated with this hotel.

I was attending conference for whole the day. Hotel staff was not very responsive. The AC did not work for the whole day. In spite of requests to Management and staff, management did nothing. We were told the AC works slowly as the rooms are at the bottom but never did. It was as if it was deliberately not started. Bad service. Will not attend any event at that location.

We tried to check in to 3 different rooms all where no good. First one the door lock was broken you could not enter the room. Second room you could not lock your door if you left your room. The third room the AC unit was pulled out of the wall. It is 6 days later and they still haven't taken hold of our stay even though we left with out staying the night. this hotel is at best no more than a two star but it is showing 3 stars, stay away
