Lancaster Hotel

WORST HOTEL!!!! WORST SERVICE STARTING FROM PARKING TO FRONTDESK TO THE ROOM TO THE AMENITIES!!!! YUCK!!!! NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!!! FRONT DESK OFFICERS DO NOT KNOW THEIR JOB AND WHAT HOSPITALITY MEANS! BASIC GREETINGS AND SMILE ARE FREE BUT THEY CANNOT GIVE! THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR THIS JOB! ROOM IS AWFUL! INCOMPLETE AMENITIES!

I chose it primarily due to its location for a business trip. The hotel looks like being run by a cheapskate. Quite a few things badly need renovations. Don't bother about the pool, best to convert it to some fountain. Smell of smoke, combined with overall humidity makes it for a 'splendid' experience. Bed linen and kitchen were reasonably clean (and that was pretty much the only positive aspect), food left much better to be desired, but seeing a cockroach in a hallway just killed the whole experience. The pictures do not reflect the reality. I don't know which hotel to recommend but i highly recommend to stay away from this one. Can't shake the feeling of 'filth' after the visit.

This place is surely cheap, but mind you they have bugs, their place is dirty and the amenities barely works. Do not book at this place! I cannot blame the people working in here for giving a mediocre service because they are very few considering the number of rooms that they have!
