Pros: Affordable Free bottled water, soap bars, shampoo/conditioner, dental kit Large, quiet rooms WiFi is free A/C works well Many cable tv stations Includes breakfast 30-45” to/fro airport Lots of restaurants, mini mart stores Friendly staff especially at entrance and at breakfast Cons: Toilet and sink not draining No hot water in shower/sink Mattress uncomfortable Elevator broke down You would stay here if you want to be in the Malate neighborhood; stay a few nights; find a friendly staff; and don’t care about the “tired looking” rooms.

The hotel is okay for overnight stay. Pros: - Staffs are very nice and helpful - Buffet breakfast - TV have cable channels - Room is clean - Strong water - Have basic toiletries - Parking space - quiet at night Cons - Doesnt have enough room lights - few choices of buffet breakfast - Old A/C

With more modern hotels springing up all around town, this one seems a tad stuck in a time trap. It does what it does as it no doubt always has. An executive room was spacious and sumptuous in a rather tacky way, but giving no great offence. The dining room however was uninspiring both in atmosphere and cuisine.
