Paragon Tower Hotel

Booked this room since we are accompanying my mother in law in st. luke's. A day before, I coordinated with the hotel that we will be arriving early and requested to park early. The hotel reception said that if there's a slot available, we can. When we got there, I've introduced myself to the guards and told them that I have a reservation and there were slots in front of the hotel available for parking. Unfortunately, the reception was on another call and couldn't talk to me. The off thing is how the guards responded to me, as if they were talking to a subordinate or someone lower to their status whom does not require courteous or at least a civil way of conversation. The hotel reception was ok and very apologetic but the guards are not. Then I saw that it was a medical center where those wanting to work abroad goes for processing. Is this way the guards acted that way, the treatment they give to these applicants were also provided to us, the genuine hotel customer? Even so, this is NOT supposed how they treat hotel customers nor these applicants! In short, I would NOT recommend this hotel in spite of the accommodating reception and cosy hotel. I expect a holistic welcoming, polite and amenable experience during a stay from the time you set foot to the hotel. Your building security team must be provided re-training on customer service!

It's nice and simple hotel. It's very convenient going to SLEC for medical. It's like to 2-3 mins walk. My husband and I had nice stay in this hotel.

The hotel breakfast food taste good and the portion is big. No iron and blower was provided, they will charge 100 pesos per hour once you request for iron or a blower. The room is spacious, the water heater is working on and off even they fixed it, it will still be cold after some time.
