Park Bed & Breakfast

The location was great, not far from terminal 3 and 1. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable, love how big the bathroom was and bonus points for the hot water. The foods were delicious and decent prices. They have a shuttle service, just call ahead of time for pick up and drop off, it is better to take it rather than the airport taxi that charged us 1,550 Philippine pesos for 7 minutes drive. Overall: It was worth it!

This hotel is in the center say wood street which is famous of the Pasay City of Metro Manila. They are providing good services. The staff are very cordial and very much co-operative in nature. Rooms are little small but other facilities like Airport Pick up and Drop they are providing with very nominal rate. They are providing breakfast too at an extra cost. Parking is also very spacious for your own car as well as their tourist car. They are providing car on rental for sightseeing too. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also very near say walkable distance of 4 to 5 minutes to explore other cities of Metro Manila. I like to stay again and I also recommend this hotel good value for money too. They are providing massage facilities too in reception area.

We stayed whilst transiting. It’s a 10-15 minute ride from the airport which isn’t bad. Use a taxi or grab (100-190 p)for transfers as it’s much cheaper than the hotel transportation (charge 450p!) which is overpriced. The room - not a lot can be said, it’s a bed with clean bedsheets and air con. Don’t expect anything else, the walls were dirty and discoloured and the walls had bits of brick missing in places. Extremely basic. If doing anything more than sleeping don’t bother and pay a bit more elsewhere. Receptionist - lady couldn’t have done more for us and she was excellent. Her service was 5 star ! Breakfast was nice. Review based mainly on room and excessive transport costs.
