Eurotel Araneta Cubao

WORST EXPERIENCE ever at Hotel DreamWorld Cubao branch. I did a WALK-IN after attending a concert at Araneta and got a 12-HOUR stay in a Standard Room worth ₱1,399 FULL PAYMENT, but the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They assigned me to the 5TH FLOOR and honestly, the whole area felt SUPER CREEPY. It was my first time staying at this branch and I immediately felt uncomfortable. Right after check-in, I found out the TV remote was already DEFECTIVE. I called the front desk almost 5 TIMES from 10PM until 2AM asking for assistance, but NO ONE EVER CAME. Imagine paying FULL PRICE and not even being able to properly enjoy your stay. What made it EVEN MORE INFURIATING was the FREE BREAKFAST. They told me it was available from 6AM-8AM, but even after following up at 7AM, my food didn’t arrive until 9AM. And when it finally arrived, the omelet was obviously OLD and reheated because the egg was already rubbery and tough. The whole experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. It honestly felt like they didn’t care because I was a SOLO guest even though I PAID IN FULL. NEVER AGAIN.

Wifi was unusable, and the worst part is there was no mobile data signal inside and outside the building vicinity so in order to check messages or updates I had to exit the building and walk outside a few blocks away to get reception. Worst place to stay

Stayed for 2N... Well, I chosed this because it's near CUBAO MRT STATION and near Victory Liner & Joy Bus and most of the time, I'm out so I'm okay with a budget hotel. I just need a place where I can leave my stuff and where I can sleep and of couse take a bath 😆. I stayed on their Premier room. Room is clean, bed sheets and pillow cases are clean. It's just that it's smelly - suggest to put some glade or odor eliminator. Towels- ols but clean (suggest to change them since not all stay here for just a short time.) Bed is okay. They offer free breakfast but did not avail it. Water bottle's provided- I hope should be daily :) Lobby - even when wearing mask can smell the smoke so they should have a NP SMOKING POLICY
