Fersal Hotel P Tuazon

The hotel rate is affordable but that's the only good thing about it, the rest of experience are unsatisfactory. 1st, elevator isn't working. You need to take stairs! And thinking that we have kids and 4 luggage's with us plus bagpacks? When we got to the room, there's no TV signal, no cable service either, no other choices of channels, so nothing to watch! TV is useless. They do not make up beds, nor knock on the door to do housekeeping jobs, like maintaining the cleanlines of toilet, room, linens, removing daily trash of guest and change trash bags, no daily floor sweeping, mopping or vacuuming floors? so I wonder what if we are going to stay longer than 3 days? Aren't they going to make up beds too Nor knock on our room to do housekeeping? In the morning, when entering the Inn resto to eat breakfast, no one will great you goodmorning coz there's no staff visible around, so you just get in to the resto and just wait for anyone to come out from nowhere and tell you to serve yourself a coffee first while they're preparing your (plated) breakfast. At night we call the Front desk to borrow a spoon if possible but no spoon was delivered to our room, so we do follow up call, they said ow! Yes ma'am we will send the spoon to your room but we never had that spoon delivered to our room. Following day, we are going to have our breakfast, and same experience, no one is visible in the restaurant when you enter their so Called INN! Plus the server seems to have a bad morning. 😅. The breakfast was served with server's unhappy face. You can't reason out that the hotel rate was cheap that's the reason why service provided shouldn't be a quality standard. There are so many cheap hotels than fersal but the cleanlines, service and staff hospitality was still superb. 👌

Super friendly staff FO Jessica & Camille, security guards and housekeeping. Very reasonable rates, clean utilities, delicious meals, very comfortable🥰 This was my second stay here but I always felt home. The staff is very helpful and always has a smile on their faces. Very easy to locate and its location has lots of places to go to.

Everytime i am in Manila i always book in this place not only it is located strategically to places you want to go to but the comfortability of your stay. What adds more to it are the excellent customer service and hospitability the staff offers. Thus. I commend most specially Marg at the reception desk and Cherry at their cafe. Their exemplary service makes all the difference. I do hope its management would likewise see their worth and difference. Looking for a place to stay for value of youe money...why not book here, it is truly worth it. Verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
