Hotel Sogo Banawe

It was raining heavy noon time with my friend when we decided to checked in at this branch, we got the Deluxe room for 6 hrs. I really like their room with window, not smelly, hot water's working, though cable signal that time aren't that good because of heavy rain, and AC was so slow to cool up. Nice stay for a short time, we feel relaxed away from heavy rain outside. Though mostly people know that it's only a love hotel, atleast we still feel their warm welcome even though we're not lovers. ✌😂

The staff were helpful only when asked and lacked the desire to assist guests. The food was the highlight as it is cheap Pinoy food and you get large portions. The hotel was not very clean there is only one plug. This hotel is good only for "short time" fun and not for holiday or traveling. Do not bring families here as there is a porn channel which is easy to access. The sad thing about this hotel is that if it removed the sleazy elements and trained the staff, it could be quite nice as a budget option.

It was a last minute after going out with friends. to tired to go home so i decided to get us a room here, there was this lady and a man on the reception area i ask for a room and the lady answer that they only have one room left so i took it i settle the bill with my card , after paying she gave the room key then we all head to the lift . suddenly the other guy stop us telling us the room only allows 2 person so i said ill just pay for the extra person. he said No we need to get another room,( suddenly they have another room) in desperate to sleep i paid for a second room. finally we made it to our room and rest we only stayed at one room at 602 ,after an hour one of our friends decided to home . so i went down to reception to cancel the other room and they said there is n refund i told them i haven't even went to other room 402 . but they said its not allowed to cancel the other room, so i suggested to give us more time on 602 because we both paid 6 hours of time in each room and they said still not available. the guys started to argue that its not allowed we just better use both room . I'm a hotel supervisor on 5 star hotel and a if guest want to cancel and if i know they didn't use the room i will let them have there money back . i just charge them with a cancelation fee . i don't wanna compare 2 different establishment but still we could had compromise and made a better solution to our problem rather than just saying no. very upsetting very unfair.
