This place has all the basic amenities & can be looked as a place for overnight stay on tight budget. I have stayed at this place only once when I was on a tight budget. The place is value for money...

The location is the best positive of this hotel as this is very close to the Bus Terminals although I would think the locality is a bit suspect but I am not sure though...This is in Manila but far...
