We rented out a 1-BR unit for a year. Good thing that the contract already ended and i do not have to go back there! Renting it out for 20k per month is a waste of money! The place is infested with cockroaches, either big or small. The hallways stink and has a musty odor. The unit we rented out is old and the wooden floor needs fixing. Cockroaches are literally everywhere. Stay away from this place. You can rent out newer condo at the same price. Its location is the only this you will go after.

The pictures on agoda are looking good reality is the apartments are of bad maintenance . The first room they gave us was awful as soon as you got in the room it smelt of musty awful smell cockroaches running wild I did say I want to see another room The second one seemed a lot better after witnessing the first it was better but that room wasnot without it's draw backs.the so called bath is so small it's impossible to bath the water never got hot the basin taps was leaking and loose the waste water was so slow and leaked on the floor the kitchen area was greasy like hell no one would want to cook there and the cockroaches were appearing on a daily basis running round the counter tops The bed wasn't very comfortable at all really why would you want to stay in this place it really has nothing to offer apart the location Never again for me that's for sure it's cheap and nasty

worst hotel, small roaches crawl in the bath room sink and small kitchenette. Wi-fi is free accordingly but it would not allow my computer to connect, I have seek for the concierge assistance but unable to resolve. The TV stand is missing and it end up leaning against the wall for it to stabilize. The hallway from elevator leading to the room is extremely dirty and the wall is in need of repair and painting.
