They are not accom.odating specially the office staff. Iwas inquiring and they were so in attitude talking with us. In more than 100 of hotels we talke to they are the only one talked to us like that.

We hooked up on this hotel as it is the nearest to World Trade Center. We were deceived by pictures posted in booking.com. Location is actually not so convenient and accessible to convenient shop. The lobby has too strong smell of Jasmine and this really irritates me. This hotel is ages...all furnitures are old with terrible finishing. Tiny wall drobe. Shower room is extremely old fashion. Extremely poor quality on sound proof. The pillows are way too hard and high. Breakfast spread is really lousy with limited choices. Highly not recommending this hotel regardless is for business or vacation.

A great place to stay, very clean and roomy, the restaurant has a great selection of foods, breakfast very good, recommended networld to anyone, this is about the 10th time we have stayed here, never disappoints
