New World Makati Hotel Manila

Stayed here before! Back then, this was a five-star hotel. Now it's a 3, maybe. Staff are Great. The hotel and rooms are run down. The carpet and floors in my room were threadbare and scratched up.we paid for the club floor which is a waste of money. The thing that bothers me the most is the breakfast food, bacon, potatoes, tomatoes were all cold. I asked for scrambled eggs and got a plain omelet. The eggs were hot. Coffee was stale and warm. Staff did not understand that food served like this will get people sick. I was disappointed that this hotel had fallen so far. This was my favourite

Everyone here always exemplifies top hospitality. Kind, efficient and friendly service. They all go out of their way to make everyone feel appreciated, special and welcome.
