From NAIA Terminal 1, use Grab for both round trips to the site, 310 pesos (30 minutes without daytime traffic) return to 360 pesos (25 minutes without early morning traffic). Birch Tower, a high-rise condo with reception on the left side of the ground floor. Robinson Mall is just a stone's throw away and very convenient for dining and shopping. However, the impression that it is a single male condo in the area, it is not for the family. Guests are free to come and go, but late night guests must register for ID checks. I've stayed at the same Condo JMM and PacificBay in the past, but this was the best place for the cleanliness and new feel of the flooring. What's more, the air conditioners on the JMM and PacificBay are window-integrated and loud, but the air conditioning on the Coco was quiet and comfortable as the outdoor unit was a stand-alone unit on the balcony. It's undeniable that it's getting a little decrepit, but it's enough to just sleep. Sleeping comfort fukafka bed, water pressure and temperature controlled shower, clean and fresh towels, all amenities, WIFI crisp comfort. Cleaning is daily. Large pool and gym on the 9th floor. There are four elevators, and there is a waiting time, but I don't think there is any point if you are a giant Tawaman. Please note that a cash deposit of 2000 pesos is required at check-in. I think it would be a much more cost-effective condo if the action base was around Robinson Mall. I recommend it.

Feedback On the plus side: - good location, near the subway, nearby huge shopping mall Robinsons Place Manila and McDonalds - good air conditioning - window view - for smokers the possibility to smoke on the balcony - there is a kitchenette with microwave and fridge - fast lift From the downside: - air conditioner hanging in front of the bed and blowing in the headboard -The room is actually small. - HUGE NUMBER OF COCKROACHES RIGHT IN THE ROOM - if this is unacceptable to you, bypass this option - breakfast about nothing, better go to Robinson and eat normally - omelet with a slide of rice and meat to choose from (pork/beef/something else, and it's all classic Asian style) plus freshly brewed coffee - take a refundable deposit of 2,000 pesos in cash upon check-in - no safe - on the 24th floor overlooking the sea huge audibility of music and karaoke from the cafe below

The price was OK for what you get, the problem was the neighborhood, dodgy at night, it seemed like a red light District. Didn't feel safe walking alone. On the plus side the staff on the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The place is much older thst what you expect based on the pictures, but if you just need to sleep it does the job.. A bit noisy at night from music from the surrounding adult services and the AC was very noisy but it worked. It has a great mall very close where you can eat stroll for hours and buy anything you need. Would I return? For the hotel and it's price yes.. But... the neighborhood is a deal breaker for me.
