Tune Hotel Ortigas

I had an outstanding experience with Red Planet Ortigas that truly deserves recognition. After checking out this morning and arriving at my office, I suddenly realized that I had accidentally left my wallet inside the room safe. Naturally, I was very concerned, but when I contacted the hotel, Marjorie from the Front Desk immediately assisted me with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. Not only did they locate my wallet, but Marjorie also helped arrange for it to be sent to me via Lalamove, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was returned intact. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've found myself in this situation while traveling with other Hotels. In the past, I've experienced cases where lost valuables were never returned, which is why this experience stood out even more. The honesty, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond for a guest are qualities that cannot be taken for granted. Red Planet Ortigas is more than just a comfortable place to stay—it's a hotel with integrity. Knowing that the staff can be trusted with something as important as a wallet gives guests tremendous peace of mind. Special thanks again to Marjorie and the entire team for their honesty and exceptional customer service. You turned what could have been a very stressful day into a reminder that there are still businesses and people who genuinely care about doing the right thing. Highly recommended!

Hello all, Used the Red Planet Mobile app from my mobile on 31JUL25 before boarding a 15 hour flight and requested dates were Check in 01 AUG25 and Check out 07AUG25 for a total of 6 nights and charged the entire stay to my credit card. Their system for reasons unknown deducted one day each and changed my booking to show check in 31JUL25 and check out 06AUG25 and send me an email saying that my booking was confirmed from 31JUL25 thru 06AUG25. I replied to them saying that it was to be changed to 01AUG25 thru 07AUG25 and boarded the flight. I got a reply from RPH saying Quote - Please be informed that the booking is non-amenable and as per hotel policy, we cannot allow amendment of the booking. Furthermore, we can keep your booking and note your arrival time on August 1, 2025. - Unquote So as a foreigner what does keep your booking and note your arrival time on August1, 2025 mean. I checked in late afternoon 01AUG25 and late evening on 06AUG25 I was informed that I had to pay an additional PHP1343 which I was arm twisted to pay and did. I emailed the Group CEO of this hotel chain and also included a picture from my mobile phone showing that when I use their mobile app - A day each from my requested dates was advanced forward by their website. I hope RPH as like any hotel chain respects me as a customer and if I email the CEO then the CEO has to reply to my email. Obviously the Group CEO of RPH has not yet researched as I guess he does not read customer feedback send to him or may be RPH does not care about customer service as now their Reservations who had emailed me earlier and who asked for a screen shot from my mobile App does not respond or care as I send all that they requested on 16AUG25 and requested an email response from their CEO which I doubt will ever happen - So sharing this feedback for my Foreign Guests who used RED PLANET HOTELS TO USE CAUTION IN BOOKING WITH THEM. Ok for a budget hotel. They allowed early check in w/o fee (maybe bcoz its my bday☺️). With hot/cold shower, wifi, hair dryer, towels, shampoo-conditioner-body soap into 1 and a TV (limited channels only). Near establishments. However, no basic items like slippers, small ref, toothbrush/paste. No concierge to assist in bringing travel bags to ur room. No way to connect to the front desk, either u go down or log in to website. You can refill ur tumbler w/ water at d lobby. Over all its a nice stay for a budget hotel. Will book again someday💜
