VIP Suite

I arrive at 1pm. I'm being asked to fill out a form. And they tell me to sit down for a minute. After a quarter of an hour, I ask how soon we will have the room. I am told that the hotel is full and that we are looking for a room elsewhere. At my insistence, they find me a room that is not usually rented, but the key does not work. One person comes out with the key (I suppose to have it fixed) and comes back after 20 minutes without saying anything. I preferred to rent in another hotel. Best for last. The hotel still cashed in the reservation made with Booking. You can see on the Booking website that I am not the only one to whom this has happened. This hotel is strongly discouraged if you do not want to end up on the street.

Arrived at 1.30am and the night reception said that the 2bed room was not free but I was free to look for another hotel, at 2am??they put me and my girlfriend in a smelly room where smoking was and not polished in a double bed also without towels there he could not touch before 9am he claimed.the morning receptionist was friendly and gave us another room vr the remaining night.pay by credit card could,mr had to go via mail and the internet was terribly slow absolutely not recommended!!

I stayed here for two nights as i had some business in Makati. I stayed in the cheapest room that they had for 2,600 per night. (Standard Room). This already included free wifi (very fast), complimentary local calls and breakfast for two. The name says it all. VIP Suites. The place is not large however the room was very nice. Wooden floors and furniture, an electronic safe, a very tasteful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and duvet were soft and smooth, you can tell that they had a high thread count.
