B HOTEL

I expected much better from B Hotel Alabang, especially considering its reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The professionalism, communication, and overall handling of certain concerns did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber. What was most frustrating was the way concerns were handled rather than simply the issues themselves. I believe every guest deserves to feel respected, heard, and properly attended to. The hotel has potential, but management should take feedback seriously and work on improving both service and professionalism. I hope future guests have a better experience than I did.

The place was very accessible to stores. You will feel safe to walk around the vicinity. The staffs, especially Joshua and Eduardo were very attentive to the guests. The room and its toilet has complete amenities. There was a welcoming ambiance within the hotel which makes it enjoyable for everyone to roam around. Overall, our stay made it feel like we were just comfortable at home!
