Our stay at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredible surprise they prepared for my son. Even though it’s not his birthday yet, the management and staff went above and beyond by bringing a birthday cake to our room and singing “Happy Birthday” to him. Seeing the joy and excitement on his face was a priceless moment that our family will cherish forever. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many luxury hotels around the world, including some of the finest resorts in the Maldives. While those properties are stunning, I can honestly say that the level of service, warmth, and genuine care we have experienced at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria is, by far, the best we’ve ever received. Luxury is not just about beautiful facilities—it’s about how people make you feel, and this incredible team has made us feel truly valued and at home. To the entire management and staff, thank you for making our stay so incredibly special and for giving our son an early birthday celebration he’ll never forget. Your thoughtfulness, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality have exceeded every expectation. It's ok. Just the upgrade price is a little too expensive.

Loving it... Stayed 19 nights. Truly love the lounge and the smiley faces here. Very well taken care by Miss Fhae, Mr Mao and Mr Jon and team. Few of them really lift the hospitality benchmark and standard. Also the front desk Miss Camille and Kathleen's assistant for a great check-in experience and to resolve my book issue at IHG app. My (UPGRADED as a Diamond member) room was great and the housekeepers did wonderful cosy job to make me feel comfy everyday. Wanna to praise the management as you did real good job to motive the teams with full charge spirits all time. Keep up the good work. Rdgs Sk
