Best hotel in makati!!! Loved the ambiance and the excellent hospitality of the staff

I recently stayed for one night and found plenty to like, as well as a few areas for improvement. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is in a fantastic location with a variety of great restaurants within easy walking distance. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly water stations on every floor—a small but very thoughtful touch. However, there were some challenges. Parking is quite restrictive; the basement only accommodates sub-compact sedans, so those with larger vehicles may struggle. Additionally, not all elevators were functioning, leading to long wait times during the morning rush. My biggest disappointment was the room assignment: we booked a twin room for two adults but were given a king bed instead. To top it off, the room was only stocked with towels for one guest upon arrival. Room WiFi was great... the TV was impossible to use.

Stayed here for 3 nights with friend in separate room. Location is excellent dot on the main road amidst the activity hub. 7 eleven in just across the road, si is cafe and massage parlours. Room size is not great but ok for solo travellers. Mini bar without stuff, tea maker, iron for pressing clothes either iron table, hair dryer etc. all available. Room service a bit slow. Rooms and corridors totally neat and clean. Extra - massage service on call - cost P 800 to 1400. The best part of stay was its restaurant- complimentary breakfast had wide menu, even poori bhaaji which indians like. I enjoyed their main course too and cherished chicken curry with tandoori roti/prata as they call it. No regrets. Thanks.
