I stayed overnight last week, and the staff service was excellent—especially the front office, the concierge team (Teejay, Christian, and Bryan), and the F&B staff (Joshua). I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice food and service at their hotel resto - Alejandro’s! Stayed for 2 weeks, and kudos to the services of the FNB team, especially Edward, Grace, Lei, Joshua & RC! 🫶 May mishaps with the last 2 days of our stay in the hotel, but the above mentioned people were too great not to recognize!

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel from July 5–6, 2026 as we celebrated our daughter Mica's graduation. It was a memorable occasion made even more special by the warm hospitality and excellent service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Glennis Narciso and Mark Palaganas for being exceptionally accommodating, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We appreciate the comfortable accommodations, pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding customer service.
