The Suites at Calle Nueva

The room is nice and spacious, and the AC is cold; however, the bathroom is far too small and lacks a bath mat. Consequently, after showering, water drips onto the floor and into the bedroom. I requested a rug from the front desk, but it was never delivered. Furthermore, the staff was unapproachable and gave a very cold welcome—hardly what I expected from Bacolod, the 'City of Smiles.' On a positive note, they serve a decent breakfast, and the location is perfect, as it is very near SM.

place is convenient nearby to SM and downtown. Friendly staff the room is big has sofa, Ac working, TV working. Cr is ok as well.

The Inn is a bit rundown and shows signs of years/wear and tear. Cleanliness can be improved but nothing major. AC cools but noisy. Water pressure is weak at times. Location is perfect and walkable to major spots and establishments. The simple complimentary breakfast is nice. The staff are a gem. They are friendly, helpful and prompt to requests.
