Sea Jewel Beach Resort

Staff - Friendly and accommodating. Property - Few minutes walk to white beach resort. Close to coffee shop, souvenir shop, etc. Cleanliness - they maintain the place clean. Good work! 👍 Food - they serve Filipino breakfast included in your stay. You have to buy water for drinking, even hot water, separate price if you order coffee. Pool area - their swimming pool is 4ft-7ft, and they have small one too, which little children can enjoy. The floor is slippery, one of my friend, slip, almost hit her head. So please be careful when walking within the area. Room - the room we got was for 4 pax. Spacious and they have balcony. They do not have toiletries like basic kit of shampoo and soap. but they provide towels. The bathroom sink is slow to drain. The bathroom water is fine. The hotel offers tour packages. Overall, our 3D2N vacation in Puerto Galera was enjoyable. But If I will go back, I will look for another hotel to stay.

We‘ve been to many hotels but Sea Jewel hotel in Puerto Galera is the worst service we had.. The rooms are not clean, The floor with hair from the recent clients, cabwebs, sand etc.. No soap, shampoo and toothpaste.. 2nd, We stayed for a Week and they only change the bedsheets and towels for 2 times after our repeated interventions.. We were so disappointed.. We never had an orientation that we need to leave our key just our rooms to be cleaned.. 3rd, the food service was never good.. it took us 55minutes to have our breakfast..We will never ever come back and recommend this hotel to anybody!

Inclusions: Airconditioned room Old Cable TV Hot & cold shower with toiletries Free wifi but you can only use it in the lobby We stayed in the old building. Our room and bathroom are both clean. Staff are really friendly. They also have their own diner in case you’re too lazy to eat outside. Free use of utensils even if you bring or buy your snacks outside. You just have to pay 5 pesos if you need a hot water for your coffee or noodles. I like that the hotel are almost near the beach but a little far from diners and bars. It saves us from hearing loud music coming from the bars. We had a great time relaxing here.
