A & A Plaza Hotel

Outdated rooms, it's not really free pick up & drop off because I have to pay 300 php for 2 minutes drive going to the airport. Cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the rooms. Only one pillow provided for each twin bed so I have to request extra pillow. Breakfast buffet was expected but it's not. The fried milkfish they gave me was head and tail parts basically didn't get any 😆 mostly bones...Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Had a conference here for 3 days. 1. Food is bland, rice is mushy 2. Wifi is unreliable 3. No iced americano 4. No satellite display/projection for tables at the back

They need to shut down this place and renovated it. The positive reviews from this hotel probably a family member of the owner? We only have one night stay as we're traveling to Port Barton the next day. We got a cubicle room without windows, and the airconditioning wasn't working; it was too hot. The furniture in the room was old. The bed is worn, and so as the mattress. If lying on it almost collapses to the ground. The bathroom is dirty, stain on the toilet bowl. Moreover, insects in the room, like cockroaches and ants crawling all over. Probably because it was too hot inside and no fresh air, that's why the insect was getting inside. The room you see in the photo is not the existing room. I book through Agoda because they were cheaper, I better look for somewhere else. I was sold by looking at the hotel photos. It is our third time in Puerto Princesa, and each time we came back, we try a different hotel, but this time it was a nightmare. Never go back to this place.
