Althea's Place Palawan

We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone at the Althea's Place. We stayed here two nights before heading to El Nido! The pool area is very nice. Breakfast area was large and nice interior. It was a wonderful stay with an awesome room! Would definitely stay again if we came back to Puerto Princesa.

This is a great stop off place if you are going airport. It is a little out from the town, but the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. they pick you up and drop you off at airport free. there is a nice pool to take a dip in. Great value as a place to rest your head, before moving on.

The grounds has a very natural and holistic feel to it. The pool was nice/clean and also included a slide. We had it all to ourselves. The room was unique, in that the bed was almost ground level. The shower had hot water. Staff was accomodating with our laundry and breakfast. We also had food delivery from Shakey's. The down side is that this hotel is about 15 min from the city center and costs about 100 to 150 pesos to get there.
