Great customer service. When they knew we were leaving early for a bus trip, they offered a wake up call and offered to book a tricycle for us. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. Kudos to the front desk attendant.

My overall stay was great! The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I truly enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again.

The service is good, there is a beautiful front desk, the whole room is great except for a little small. If you come to Palawan for a trip this hotel is still a must. Recommended for a few days.
