Balayong Pension

We needed a place very near to the Baywalk area of Puerto Princesa for an event. This place is just a 7mins walk from the Baywalk. Rooms are just right, usual toiletries and towel. There's also breakfast available upon request. Staff are very accommodating and helpful :) Place has coffee shops and convenience store at the ground floor. Walking distance to nearby eating places. This is a clean, budget hotel :) Will definitely stay here next time :)

Exceptional staff, very kind and helpful. We had a change of plans and they came to our aid by booking us a transfer the day before to Port Barton. Thanks for your help! Nice room, unfortunately the air conditioner is old and very noisy. You are also provided with earplugs for noise from the street. Just for one night.

Terrible Wi-Fi , even with router after complaining. Front staff exceptional, but couldn’t sort it as they know it’s a constant problem. Invited to use owners overpriced coffee shop two doors down , which I suspect is all part of the plan. After leaving review I received an aggressive message telling me it was all my fault. Stayed in 100 rooms in the last 6 months. I think I know my way round Wi-Fi lol. Ear plugs and an apology given for the road noise at night. Checked out the following morning to Redoorz Rizal ave for 3 nights, spot on recommend. Be careful of owners aggressive attitude, especially after leaving a review.
