Lagen Island is truly a little piece of paradise. Even as you approach the island, you can already see how beautiful and breathtaking it is. The scenery, the peaceful surroundings, and the natural beauty make the arrival itself such a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed by Sir Drew, Sir Younes, and Sir Iwao. Thank you so much for the genuine warmth and hospitality. It was such a pleasure meeting the three of you! ❤️ I especially appreciated the beautiful pottery and wood carvings around the island. The craftsmanship and artistic details were exquisite and added so much character to the already fantastic scenery. You can really feel the thought and artistry that went into every detail. A big plus was our experience at the Hydrotherapy Room. It was absolutely amazing and so, so relaxing! 🥰 A special thank you to Ms. Ize and Franz, the Spa Concierge, for taking such good care of us and assisting us throughout the experience. ❤️ Lagen Island was such a beautiful and memorable escape. We had such a great stay at Lagen with the family. What I appreciated most was how warm and genuine everyone was. You really feel the hospitality from the moment you arrive. Special thanks to Resort Manager Drew, Cindy, Andrew, Ditto, Rey, Bhel, Eric, Jun, Francois, Loisa, Ize, Younes, Resie, Michael, the lifeguards, and the entire Lagen team. Everyone was approachable, accommodating, and made us feel at home. Of course, the food, the beautiful surroundings, and the whole island experience were amazing. But for me, the best part was seeing my wife and daughter happy and enjoying the trip. That made the stay even more special. Also, big kudos to the housekeepers, security team, chefs, boat crew, and everyone working behind the scenes. You all contributed to making our stay a really memorable one. What I’ll remember most about our stay is honestly the people. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, but it was the staff who really made the whole experience special for our family. Andrew, Ditto, Rey, Bhel, Eric, Jun, Francois, Resie, Michael, Cherry, John and the lifeguards, thank you for taking such good care of us. We truly felt looked after throughout our stay. It was the little things, the warm greetings, checking if we needed anything, and simply making us feel comfortable and welcome that made such a difference. It really felt like our home away from home. I also want to give a big kudos to the housekeepers who kept everything so clean, the security team who always made us feel safe, and of course the chefs and kitchen team for keeping us very well fed with delicious food! 😊 As a family, we also really appreciated how kid friendly the resort is. We are leaving with such happy memories. Beautiful place, great food, but most of all, genuinely wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who made our stay feel extra special.
